User Experience

Every user and their payment card are authenticated through our recurring monthly membership fee. If a member’s payment card fails authentication they are immediately suspended.

All users are locked out of auctions until an account is created with an active email and a paid membership. Having a genuine payment source, and knowing the account details of that payment source, eliminates bot activity.

We do not charge buyer premiums. Standard flat shipping rates are the only charges in addition to your winning bid.

No, we believe in the 2 minute rule. Every time a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of an auction, 2 minutes are added to the countdown timer. This prevents “sniping,” or last second bidding, so every member has a fair chance to compete.

Bidding

Everything we sell is in our possession and guaranteed 100% authentic or your money back. Most putters include Certificate of Authenticity. All items are thoroughly vetted by Brad Benjamin who has nearly 25 years experience in Scotty Cameron collectibles.

No, all bids placed are final and binding.

Yes, you can improve your chances of winning any auction by increasing your “Max Bid.” Simply place a new higher bid, and your “Max Bid” will increase to this amount. The current bid will not change until another member places a competing bid.

Yes, but a bid placed in the last two minutes of any auction extends the closing time by an additional two minutes. The auction closes when those two minutes have elapsed with no further bids. This prevents “sniping” and assures every bidder has a fair chance to compete.

Yes, click the “Update” button next to the card on file within the “My Account” dashboard. No fees are charged in doing so.

Winning

The payment card on file with your membership is instantly and automatically charged for the winning bid amount plus shipping when the auction ends.

We do our best to ship within one business day of completed payment.

All items are shipped to the Billing Address provided during sign up and listed in the “Addresses” section of the My Account dashboard. This protects us against chargebacks in accordance with our payment processor’s seller protection policy. For this reason, your shipping address listed within the My Account dashboard is fixed, and cannot be changed. No exceptions.

Navigate to the “Lost Password” link on the Log-In screen. Input your account’s email address and a link to create a new password will be emailed to you.

Yes, but it requires you to update your active payment card in your “My Account Dashboard” to a new card with that billing address. In accordance with our payment processor’s seller protection policies, all items must ship to the billing address associated with the payment source used for checkout. So by changing the billing address you effectively change your shipping address.

Yes. Email notifications will be sent for bids you place, outbid notices, auctions ending soon and auctions won. Auction ending soon emails can be toggled on and off through the “Notifications” section of the My Account dashboard.

Consignment

Yes, anyone can consign. No membership required. In order to provide a high-end member experience not all items offered are accepted. This assures a curated selection of Scotty Cameron items are auctioned. Visit the “Consign An Item” page to get started.

Payment will be made when the product has successfully been delivered and signed for by the winning bidder.

We specialize in Scotty Cameron products, but from time to time also consider other high-end golf products.
