Placing A Bid – ALL BIDS ARE FINAL

Winning An Auction – By submitting a bid you agree to have your payment card on file automatically charged 10% of the “Winning Bid” price if you win the auction. This payment goes towards the total purchase price, and is NOT a buyer’s premium or other related fee. It is designed to maintain auction integrity and bidder intent. ALL 10% DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Completing Payment – It is each winning bidder’s responsibility to complete checkout for the remaining 90% balance of the sale within 48 hours. This is done by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the auction page, and following the checkout process to PayPal. ALL SALES FINAL.

Standard Auction – Highest bid wins!

Reserve Auctions – Highest bid wins, BUT only if the hidden “Reserve Price” is met.

“BUY NOW” Button – When available, any member can purchase the item immediately. The auction ends once the buyer completes checkout.

Notes On Bidding

1) “Bid Increment” – Each auction features its own “Bid Increment.” Only bids that meet or exceed this minimum increment are accepted.

2) “Proxy Bidding” – *ACTIVE ON ALL AUCTIONS* The automated system bids on your behalf against all competing bids until your “Max Bid” is reached.

3) “Max Bid” – Your “Max Bid” can be increased at any time without effecting the “Current Bid” price. (You CANNOT outbid yourself)

-EXCEPTION- *RESERVE AUCTIONS ONLY* When the Reserve Price has not been met, you can continue to increase the “Current Bid” until the Reserve Price is met. Once met, you can no longer outbid yourself.

4) Breaking Ties – Ties between Max Bids are decided in favor of the member who submitted the bid first.
